Executive Summary
The project "Strengthening capacities for energy efficiency in buildings in Latin America" (CEELA) has the mission of reducing energy consumption and increasing thermal comfort in new buildings in Latin America. It is implemented in Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru. At the moment, the Show Case of the University of Azuay has been completed and the international digital diploma "Building with energy efficiency and adaptive comfort" has begun. The monitoring phase of the implemented measures has begun and 8 Swiss francs have been contributed to purchase equipment and pay the personnel in charge.
